Basic Guidelines
In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we will send you a text message and a volunteer will escort you to your child.
In Children's Ministry, safety is one of our highest priorities. That's why we have a secure check-in system at every location. Upon check-in, you'll receive matching identification stickers. Your child will need to wear their name tag sticker and you will need to keep the matching tag. After the service, you'll show the Children's Ministry leader your matching tag in order for your child to be released from their room.
Every Children's Ministry volunteer leader is screened, participates in a background check, and receives appropriate training from our leadership. Additionally, our hallways are monitored by background-checked security during each service to make sure your child stays safe and secure.
We have an emergency response team to help address emergencies as they come up.
We want to be a safe place to ask questions and find answers. We realize sometime there may be concerns or issues that need to be addressed. Please CLICK HERE to ask a question.
Reporting Child Abuse
Church Staff & Elders are considered mandated reporters as a member of the clergy. A report is required when a mandatory reporter has reasonable cause to know or suspect that a child has been subjected to abuse or neglect or has observed the child being subjected to circumstances or conditions that would reasonably result in abuse or neglect.
If not you then who?
If you have a concern about abuse or neglect don't hesitate to contact the authoritities and get help.
