Thank you to everyone who was able to join us for our COPE2020 Women's online Mental Health workshop!  Here are a list of resources we hope you can find helpful.  We have also included a recording of our time together for those who may want to listen again, or were not able to attend the live session.  If you have any questions or comments about the workshop, or this material, please feel free to comment below!

There are also a few tips to keep included by the author when seeking out mental health support.
  10. Resources to Consider When Joining the Conversation around Race
  11. This is a resource for those interested in joining the conversation around race.  Before engaging in conversation, it is important to spend time learning more about racial identity, race relations in America, the role of race in the church, or anything else you may not be aware of. There are plenty of authors and people of color who have openly written about these topics. This resource is to help anyone interested in learning more and being part of the solution.
